Prescott Flags Product Warranty

We include a 90 day Warranty from purchase date against manufacturing defects on all purchases. We inspect each item prior to delivery or shipping, however if you feel you have received a defective product, call or log in and use the Returns(RMA) link to begin a claim.

Upon receipt of your order, please promptly inspect your order and check the number of units order to the number of units received. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong merchandise, or the number of units ordered is not the same as the number of units received, notify us right away.

While we make every effort to ensure you receive your order correctly, sometimes shipping/picking errors will occur. In the event we shipped an incorrect item, please notify us and we will promptly correct the error.

  • As part of the RMA process, we will provide a shipping label.
  • Return shipping will be covered if it is an approved Warranty claim.
  • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Warranty claim returns are accepted in any packaging, but refunds always subject to inspection.
  • All refunds are contingent upon inspection of item once we receive it and issued with in 10 days.
  • If the product was delivered to you, we will contact you and schedule a "Pick-Up" of the product you wish to return.

Before you return a product to us, please call or log in and use the Returns(RMA) link to start the process. Directions for obtaining an RMA online can be found below.

Returns Process

  • Log In and complete the Return Request Form using link Returns(RMA).
  • We review your request and respond either Authorizing it, requesting more information, or declining. You are notified of our decision.
  • If shipped to your once Authorize we send you a "Return Label" through our shipping process service. This is usually a link to "Print the Label" from our service provider.
  • You package the product you wish to return and using the label ship the product back to us.
  • Once we receive the product it is inspected and refunds issued as appropriate per aforementioned requirements.
  • If we decline a refund you are notified and have 5 days to appeal that decision.
  • When Request is Close and you are notified of that action.
