Installation includes standard soil hole digging and normal soil conditions which may include small rocks up to fist size and slope can not exceed 3%.

ROCK CLAUSE: In the event the site soil or rock conditions are such to prevent normal installation time and procedures with hand tools and require additional equipment and labor, the Owner/Customer will be responsible for the additional cost. Prior to proceeding the installer will notify the owner of such conditions and give them the opportunity to accept or decline the additional cost for installation.
